도움이 되는 결정을 과감하게 내릴 수 있어야 합니다.
이를 위해 사전에 충분한 신뢰를 얻고 있어야 하고,
끝없는 소통을 통해 반대자들을 설득하는 노력을 아끼지 말아야 합니다.
