아래 주소에 가서 다운로드 받자. 

C:\src\flutter 밑에 압축 풀고, 시스템 환경 변수에 경로설정하고,  안드로이드스튜디오도 다운받아서 설치.

Google announces Flutter support for Windows

Google은 2015 년에 Flutter를 개발자가 단일 코드베이스를 사용하여 네이티브 Android 및 iOS 앱, 웹 앱, 데스크톱 용 UI를 구축 할 수있는 크로스 플랫폼 UI로 발표했습니다. 6 월 구글은 Flutter를 마이크로 소프트 에 도입하기 위해 마이크로 소프트의 지원을 구하고 있다고 밝혔다 . 오늘 Google은 Windows 용 Flutter 지원의 알파 릴리스를 발표했습니다. 기본 데스크톱 지원을 통해 Flutter 개발자는 Windows에서 향상된 개발자 도구를 즐길 수 있습니다.

“이 알파 릴리스는 향후 몇 달 동안 안정화 될 견고한 기반을 제공합니다. Windows 7 이상에 대한 지원으로 모험심이 강한 개발자가 시작할 수있는 기회를 제공하기를 바랍니다.”라고 Flutter 팀이 블로그 게시물에 썼습니다.

Flutter 앱은 다른 네이티브 앱과 마찬가지로 패키징하여 다른 Windows PC로 가져올 수있는 네이티브 64 비트 코드로 컴파일됩니다. 또한 동일한 코드베이스를 사용하여 Android, iOS, 웹, macOS 및 Linux를 대상으로하는 앱을 만들 수 있습니다.

Google announced Flutter back in 2015 as a cross-platform UI that allows developers to use a single codebase to build UIs for native Android and iOS apps, web apps, and desktop. In June, Google said that it is looking for assistance from Microsoft to bring Flutter to Microsoft. Today, Google announced the alpha release of Flutter support for Windows. With native desktop support, Flutter developers can enjoy improved developer tooling on Windows.

“This alpha release offers a solid foundation that we’ll stabilize over the coming months. With support for Windows 7 and above, we hope this gives adventurous developers something to get started with,” wrote Flutter team in its blog post.

Flutter apps are compiled to native 64-bit code that you can package and bring to other Windows PCs just like any other native app. Also, you can use that same codebase to create an app targeting Android, iOS, web, macOS, and Linux.
