그것이 기회였는지도 잘 모르는 경우가 많다.

현대인의 생활을 고려해볼 때
육체노동자가 아니라면 세 끼를 모두
챙겨 먹는 것 자체가 과식이라고 할 수 있다.
인류가 살아온 300만 년 중 299만 9950년이
공복과 기아의 역사였는데 현대 들어서
"아침이 되었으니까", "점심때가 됐으니",
"저녁 먹을 시간이 되어서"라면서
습관적으로 위장 안을 음식물로
꽉꽉 채우고 있으니 말이다.

'세 끼 자체가 과식'이라는 말은 그만큼

탈이 나는 이 '행복한' 시대에, 자기 소화능력의
85%만 채우는 것이 건강의 비결입니다.
적게 먹고 많이 움직이십시오.

This plugin adds bubbling functionality to jQuery. The code is similar to jQuery.fn.trigger’s because it’s meant to extend it.
